A draft amendment of the City’s Transportation System Management (TSM) Ordinance is available for review. This revision aligns with current transportation and air quality goals established in the City of Roseville’s General Plan, incorporates California Green Building Code requirements, and streamlines development process for businesses and the City.
The TSM program gives businesses the resources to promote various forms of transportation to reduce vehicle emissions, vehicle miles traveled, traffic congestion, and to improve air quality and transportation efficiency. A copy of the draft amendment is available below.
