Construction is underway and is expected to continue through spring 2025 to close the gap on Roseville Parkway between Washington Boulevard and just west of Foothills Boulevard.
Upgrades will include:
- Four lane roadway between Washington and just west of Foothills Boulevard (two lanes in each direction)
- Bridge over Industrial Avenue and Union Pacific railroad tracks
- Landscaping
- Sidewalk
- Class II bike lanes
- Multi-use path
Once constructed, it will create a key connection through the area, providing better access to the eastern and western parts of Roseville. Additionally, it will optimize traffic flow on other east-west roadways in Roseville.
What to expect during construction
Stay alert and travel with care in the work zone.
Working hours are anticipated for 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. on weekdays. Keep an eye on digital message boards for current working hours and construction information.
Expect to see additional construction-related traffic along Foothills Boulevard, Industrial Boulevard and Washington Boulevard.
Watch for intermittent shoulder, lane and road closures. Road closures are anticipated on Industrial Boulevard in 2024. Closure information will be posted in advance of the work.
Please note the schedule is subject to change due to equipment, materials, weather, and other unexpected conditions.
Funding for this project comes entirely from developer-paid Traffic Mitigation Fees.
