Mark your calendars, starting
Monday, April 21, Roseville Transit is launching Commuter improvements as part of the first phase of changes following the
Transportation 360 master plan adoption. Transportation 360 was guided by extensive public participation over the last year.
There will be new service from park and ride locations at Taylor Road (Sunsplash), Mahany Park, Saugstad Park, and expanded service to the May Lee State Office Complex in Sacramento. Riders should plan ahead for the following route changes:
- Routes 1, 5, 7, 9, and 10 will serve Taylor Road and I-80 and Saugstad Park.
- Route 3 will serve only Taylor Road and I-80.
- Routes 2, 4, 6, and 10 will serve Mahany Park and Foothills and Junction Boulevard.
- Reverse Commute will be discontinued to improve operational and cost efficiencies.
Be sure to view the updated Commuter map and timetables on
roseville.ca.us/commuter to help plan your travel as some stops and times have changed. Fares remain unchanged at this time.
Also, it may take some time for the Google Maps and Apple Maps trip planners to reflect the upcoming changes, but commuters can contact a South Placer Transit Information representative by phone at (916) or (530) 745-7560 or
email for assistance.
