Mayor Bernasconi dedicated the address to Sgt. Nicole Gee and Corporal Gurpreet Singh, both from Roseville.
Sgt. Gee was one of 13 killed in a terrorist attack in Afghanistan as she evacuated families at the airport in Kabul on August 26, 2021. Corporal Singh died at the age of 21 from injuries conducting combat operations in Afghanistan.
The address was held at West Park High School in west Roseville.
