Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) available for public review and comment

The Draft Environmental Impact Report for the Dry Creek Greenway East is available for public review and comment from Friday, April 13, 2018 through Tuesday, May 29 at 5 p.m. This draft report studies the potential impacts of the proposed 4.25 mile trail along Dry, Cirby and Linda Creeks. 

You have the opportunity to submit feedback during the 45-day public comment period. Input will also be accepted during the Transportation Commission meeting scheduled for Monday, May 21. Meetings are held at 7 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 311 Vernon St. The Commission will consider input and make a recommendation to City Council on certification of the project and Environmental Impact Report.
